Delivery Time
- Standard delivery: 3–7 working days
- Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
- Delivery times may vary slightly depending on stock availability and location.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation.
Delivery Instructions
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
- Large flooring orders are delivered kerbside.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct access for delivery.

Please inspect your goods within 24 hours of delivery.

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email with clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
