Online Flooring Sales Advisor / Call Handler
Euro Flooring is a growing UK-based online flooring retailer, supplying high-quality laminate, LVT, engineered wood, vinyl, tiles, and carpets nationwide. We’re looking for a confident and motivated individual to join our online sales and customer care team.
About the Role
This is a customer-facing role focused on online sales and call handling. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers enquiring about our flooring ranges, delivery details, and online orders.
Your goal will be to provide a friendly, knowledgeable experience that helps customers choose the right product for their home and complete their purchase confidently.
Main Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails about flooring products and online orders
- Provide product information, quotes, and after-sales support
- Follow up with potential customers who’ve shown interest in our website products
- Record all customer interactions and assist with order processing
- Work closely with the management team to help drive online sales growth
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or call handling (flooring experience preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and confidence using online order systems or CRM tools
- Positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
